FAQ
-
Our doughnuts are made fresh to order. They are handmade and with no preservatives so we recommend eating them on the day of purchase and ideally not after 30 minutes from the time they have been fried so that they are still warm.
-
Doughnuts should be kept ambient (room temp). Refrigerating can cause the dough to dry out. We don’t recommend freezing doughnuts and eating them at a later time.
-
Even if we are very careful using all food preparation safety practices some product may be contaminated with gluten.
-
Absolutely! Our Lukumades doughnuts are vegan. They are completely free of animal products and dairy. We also offer a variety of compatible toppings as well as different gelato flavours. Ask a member of our staff or check out our vegan-marked menu. Look for the 'V' symbol alongside each flavour.

Our doughnuts are made fresh, daily, by hand using the best market ingredients. With varied sizes and weights that come with artisan products, we’re unable to provide solid nutritional information. Our dough has less fat absorption when deep-fried due to the stronger crumb. All of our fillings, toppings and glazes are from high quality ingredients. None of our doughnuts contain trans-fat. If you’d like the nutritional info for our core flavours, please email us on info@lukumades.co
